Awesome New BLDC Spindle Pre-production Tests

The new BLDC spindle is looking great! We did some work with a more permanent mount tonight. It is very sweet, might need to add some filtered ventilation. In the end bores were made at 50 IPM with 1/4" of material removed per pass.

Headphone Guitar Amp by tech-tut

tech-tut built a headphone guitar amplifier that runs on a 9v battery. He used his micRo v3 to route the board.

tech-tut says:

I'm using a 60° V-bit at 15IPM. I am using 2" masking tape to hold the boards to a plastic cutting board. The plastic cutting board is screwed to the base. It works very well.

I made 5 - 1" circuit boards last week, and they all turned out perfect.
